東京都町田市を中心にネパールの教育環境の整備を支援する特定非営利活動法人(NPO法人)
2010年4月現在約120名の会員で組織され、ネパールでの学校建設、文房具、図書の寄贈を行っています。又毎年3月には支援、見学、交流を兼ね視察旅行を実施ネパールを直に体験しております。援助の基本的考えは直接援助を行う事を基本にしており運営費などはほとんどボランティアで効率の良い活動をするよう心がけています。国内でも町田国際ボランティア祭、さくら祭りなど、に参加支援の輪を広げています。

活動目的
ネパールのルンビニ地域を中心に、学校建設の支援を中心に山間都市のタンセンの大学等図書館の支援の他、奨学金の支援を会員みずから手渡せる直接援助を行う。

1996年夏、ネパールのルンビニ公園に向かう途中、ふと道路脇の小学校を見学し、同校の屋根の破損状況のひどさに心を痛めて、帰国後募金活動をはじめ、翌1997年その小学校の修理を完成させた。同地域の小学校を調査の結果、更にひどい状況に募金活動も拡大し、支援も修理から建設に発展し、昨年度1校に教室及び職員室を建設、今年度3校に建設支援を推進中です。同地区の奨学金制度や、山間都市タンセンの大学等への図書支援も昨年にひきつづき実践し、健康保険センターへの医療支援も村の人々から大いに感謝されている。当会の活動方針「ゆっくり」、「ささやかに」、「心を込めて」、「手から手へ」、をモットーに会員の現地訪問での視察、調査、交流により手から手への支援の実践を毎年継続することにより、生徒はじめ多くの人々との信頼関係が年々深まっている。
幸い、ヌルブラマ氏という現地の良きパートナーを招き、会の方向づけ等への参画など、意志の疎通を高めることにより、当会の活動もより確実なものになっている。当会は130名の小さな会です。しかしながら現地の子供達、お年寄りと喜びを共に分かち合う素晴らしい会員のネパール支援団体です。

Purpose
To assist construction of schools in and around Lumbini ,Nepal and for the operation of a university library in Tansing, a mountainous town.

Message from NGO
On the way to the Lumbini Sacred Garden in Nepal,we happened to visit an elementary school by the roadside.Worried about the miserable,damaged condition of the school, s roof,we started a fund-raising campaign after coming back to Japan and finished repairing the school the next year.As a result of surveying elementary schools in the region,out fund- raising campaign was expanded to cover more damaged conditions.
We not only repaired building but also started building new ones.
Last year we built classrooms and staff rooms for our school and this year we are planning to build facilities for three schools. This year we will also continue to provide scholarship in the region,books to universities in the mountainous town Tansing and medical aid to the Health Center.These efforts are greatly appreciated by villagers.
The mottoes for our activities are slowly,modestly,friendly and warmly.As a result,trust between various people including students is increasing every year through visits for inspections.surveys and exchanges through continuous efforts to provide help from hand to hand. Fortunately this year we are able to invite our good local partner Mr Nurbu Lama to Japan for three months to develop better communications and to augment our activities.
Our organization may be small,but we enjoy sharing pleasure with local children.
